Spar på rejsens pris
24. jun 2011 06:00, GadagungI det firma, hvor jeg arbejder, har vi en del rejseaktivitet, og selv er jeg ofte til møder forskellige steder i verden. Firmaets samlede udgifter til rejser er temmelig store, så vi har talt om, hvordan vi eventuelt kan nedbringe udgifterne uden at skære ned på antallet af rejser.
Allerede for flere år siden blev det besluttet, at det var slut med at rejse på businessclass, for det var efterhånden blevet alt for dyrt i takt med, at antallet af rejser steg.
En af mine kolleger nævnte, at der ofte er mange penge at spare, hvis man vil køre til Hamborg og flyve derfra i stedet for at starte og slutte flyrejsen i en dansk lufthavn. Han fortalte, at han faktisk nogle gange havde brugt den metode privat, når han skulle på ferie sammen med sin kone.
Vi kan jo bare prøve at søge på internettet, sagde han, så vil I opdage, at der er masser af billige rejser fra Tyskland med udgangspunkt i Hamborg. Og det gjorde han så, og det viste sig, at man kunne spare flere tusinde kroner på en tur til Dubai, som vi mange gange om året rejser til, fordi firmaet har en tæt samarbejdspartner med domicil i Dubai.
Så knytter der sig selvfølgelig en udgift til transporten fra hjemadressen og til Hamborg, men da vores firma har domicil i det sydlige Jylland er det ret overkommeligt, både målt i den direkte kørselsudgift og i den tid, der går til kørselen til og fra lufthavnen i Hamborg.
